All our instructors have outstanding qualifications and sound experience.

Excellent training courses require excellent instructors. That is what we have at JAA TO. Our instructors are hired on a freelance basis and work for renowned Authority or Industry organisations and/or Universities throughout Europe. They have the ability to create an open, respectful atmosphere that encourages knowledge transfer and nourishes healthy debate. JAA TO instructors are also open-minded, eager to hear your views, and take pride in sharing their expertise with you.

Our differential

JAA TO's instructors are required to successfully complete our own Train the Trainers Program to guarantee the quality of their training skills and ascertain their instructional competencies as per JAA TO's unique methodology.

Because of their exposure to worldwide feedback from Authority and Industry, JAA TO Instructors stay on top of the subjects and continuously update our course material according to latest standards and developments, and in line with the procedures of our Course Development Unit (CDU).

Furthermore, JAA TO Instructors are aware of the gaps between regulations and business practice. Where applicable, they will do their utmost to provide you with the tools to comply with aviation safety rules and regulations and still meet business requirements applicable to real-life scenarios.
