Has occupied several positions since JAA TO’s inception, such as Training Manager, Business Development Manager, Deputy Director and - since May 2016 - Director. Speaks Portuguese, English, Dutch, and Spanish.

Master's degree in Business Administration with academic background in Marketing Management. Has over 30 years of experience in several sales, marketing and management roles. Speaks Dutch, English and German.

More than 10 years of experience in Administrative and HR related roles. Has occupied several positions in JAA TO, as HR and Administration Assistant, Training Manager and Coordinator. Speaks English and Dutch. 

Lawyer, with Master's degrees in Law, International Law and International Air and Space Law. Has over 20 years of international experience in the aerospace sector, international aviation regulations, civil aviation safety and security, regulatory compliance and business ethics. Is also Instructor in aviation law and criminal air law. Speaks French, English, Dutch and Portuguese.

Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Strategy. Over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in dynamic, international organisations such as Google and SAS Institute. Speaks Turkish and English.

Master's degree in Marketing Management with a background in International Sales. Has accumulated 10 years of experience in customer-related positions in the Tourism and Hotel industry. Speaks Slovak, Czech, English, and Spanish.  

Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida with Postgraduate award from the University of Liverpool. Currently completing two Masters degrees with Leiden University and The University of Liverpool. More than 15 years of experience in Sales, Banking and Finance in the United States and more recently in the Netherlands. Additionally, worked as an entrepreneur in Direct Sales for several years. Speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, French and Papiamentu.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with background in customer-related roles. More than three years experience in sales, marketing and event coordination. Speaks Greek, English and Amharic.

Master's degree in Corporate Communication with PR and Advertising Bachelor's degree. Three years corporate and agency experience in Public Relations, Corporate Identity, Brand and Digital Communications. Speaks German, English and Dutch.

Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development, with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Management and Operations. Speaks Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.

More than 30 years experience in Aviation, in administrative and account management roles. Started her career working for CAA-NL, joined JAA at its beginning, and has occupied several positions at JAA TO. Speaks Dutch, English and German.

Academic background in creative media, almost 20 years of accumulated experience in customer care related positions. Joined JAA TO as a receptionist and now occupies the position of Customer Service Operations Representative. Speaks Polish and English.  

Academic background in foreign languages, with 10 years' experience in customer relations, operations, and administrative roles. Speaks English and Turkish.

Educational and professional background in learning & development, desktop publishing, and emergency management in the aviation, medical, and government sectors. Speaks English and Dutch.

Bachelor's degree in English language and Literature, with complementary studies in Business Administration for Hotel Management. Has more than 10 years of experience spread between tourism, hospitatlity and the aviation industry. Has also been part of a business class flight crew for around 5 years. Speaks Persian and English.

Master's degree in Tourism and Recreation, with more than 5 years' experience in administration and client-relations management. Speaks Polish and English.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went to become a Philippines Registered Nurse. Gained more than 2 years of experience in hospitality and managment as Head of Back Operations in Amsterdam hotels. Speaks Filipino, Dutch and English.

Bachelor of Science in Finance with a background in Business Administration. Has accumulated 3 years of experience in the aviation training industry. Speaks Arabic, Dutch and English.

Master's degree in Finance and Accounting with over 5 years experience in Finance roles across various sectors. Speaks English, Dutch and Urdu.
