We do this with more than 500 training courses scheduled per year at the headquarters in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands. JAA TO has also various partner locations worldwide and we go to customer location by request. JAA TO also provides advisory services, including assistance with building capacity for training departments.

Regulatory Course Instructors
JAA TO is recruiting highly experienced and qualified freelance regulatory course instructors, in various areas of expertise, including but not limited to:

Air Operations
Aviation Security
Initial Airworthiness
Continuing Airworthiness
Drones
Environment
Ground Operations
Law & Policy
Management
Oversight & Investigation
Training Competency Development

Our instructors are hired on a freelance basis and usually hold positions at either Civil Aviation Authorities, Industry organisations or Universities. JAA TO Freelance Instructors are experts on aviation regulations, passionate and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality regulatory training, and possess excellent instructional competencies.

Minimum requirements are:

Specialist knowledge on the relevant aviation regulations
Significant training experience and ability to deliver competency-based training in their field of expertise
Have successfully completed a Train the Trainers Programme (either from JAA TO or from ICAO, or equivalent)
